We are flexible and approachable and always open to your suggestions or ideas. We like to do what we can to meet all our customers' needs.
We guarantee our customers that we will refund their money for the products purchased 100% (excluding shipping cost) if they are not satisfied with the product or have changed their mind. No questions asked as long as the product is in good condition. However we'd like an opportunity to merely understand the reason so we can improve the product or service if needed.
We offer a lifetime warranty on all parts and labour.
